Whether you are looking for a custom designed rail trip throughout Europe, a family drive trip in the States, an escorted bus tour, cruise vacation or a quiet getaway on a sandy beach, I am here to help you! I strive to make your vacation planning as stress free as possible by doing all the research and legwork allowing you to use your time doing the fun stuff …like gazing at beautiful photos of your destination, shopping for the perfect travel friendly wardrobe or hitting the gym to get in shape for all the walking (or relaxing) that is in store! After our initial phone call where I will get a general idea of your travel wishes, I will send you a client form to fill out. This form will act as an agreement of our partnership and is what I will need to initiate the planning process. You will also receive a credit card authorization form which allows me use your credit card for charges related to your trip. Once that is received, the fun begins! Below are my fees for travel planning:
Custom Designed Trips –I charge a planning fee of 25.00 per travel day starting the day you depart and ending the day you return home.  For a seven- or eight-day trip, it would be $175-200 per family.  You will receive unlimited consultations, assistance with all elements of your trip:  airfare, hotels, private drivers, trains, private or small group tours, excursions, dinner reservations, cooking classes, sightseeing suggestions, advice about currency, phone, tipping, etc. You will have my personal cell phone to call/text/whatsapp /fb messenger while traveling if you need assistance.  You will also receive use of our travel itinerary app, Axus, where you can keep all your travel plans at your fingertips on your personal devices.
 
For cruises, hotel or resort vacations, escorted bus tours - I charge a planning fee of 100.00 per family (cruises up to 2 cabins per family.  For larger family groups, fee TBD).  This gives you unlimited consultations, assistance with destination planning, pre and post cruise or bus tour hotel arrangements, assistance in securing airline tickets, arranging private and small group tours/shore excursions, private transfers, general sightseeing advice, packing advice and all other travel-related planning needs.  You also receive assistance while traveling if needed. You will have my personal cell phone to call/text/whatsapp, fb messenger me if you need assistance.  You will also receive use of our travel itinerary app, Axus, where you can keep all your travel plans at your fingertips on your personal devices.  
 
For air only reservations – I charge 40.00 per traveler for domestic tickets and 60.00 per traveler for international tickets.   With this service, I will assist with assigning your seats, advise you of schedule changes and reticket if necessary.   Reticketing due to airline-imposed changes are complimentary.   Reticketing due to voluntary changes will result in a change/reticketing fee.  Your tickets will be sent to you via email.
